Spring retreat
Return to Center
A steady week for people who want structure without a packed timetable.
Return to Center moves between guided practice, quiet outdoor time and generous breaks. Nothing is framed as a test. Every session includes an easier option, and every guest can opt out.
A sample day
Arrival practice
Gentle mobility and breath awareness in the forest room.
Shared breakfast
Warm grains, fruit, eggs and tea served at the long table.
Lake trail
A guided two-hour walk with shorter return options.
Open afternoon
Read, rest, use the sauna or sit by the water.
Evening session
Supported floor practice followed by a quiet dinner.
What is included
Five nights in a private room, all meals and snacks, daily group sessions, two guided trail walks, sauna access and pre-arrival planning.
Transport to Morrow Valley and optional private sessions are not included in this fictional sample.

Meals with a clear point of view
Food is seasonal, vegetable-led and served communally. Dietary needs are discussed before arrival instead of handled as an afterthought.

Before you decide
This is a non-clinical wellness retreat. It is not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Ask about access, food and movement needs before booking.
