A day at Stillpoint

Structure, then open space.

Enough guidance to settle in. Enough freedom to follow your own energy.

Practice that meets the room.

Morning sessions combine comfortable floor movement, breath awareness and stillness. Instructions are direct, options are visible and no pose is treated as a goal.

Chairs, cushions and standing variations are always available in this fictional program.

Food belongs to the day.

Meals are vegetable-led, generous and recognisable. Breakfast is quiet. Lunch follows the trail. Dinner arrives when everyone is ready to sit down.

Time outside

The forest sets the pace.

Trails range from a level lake loop to a longer ridge path. Every walk includes a shorter return option and a clear weather plan.

What is always optional

No guest is required to join a walk, enter cold water, share personal reflections, eat every meal with the group or keep pace with another person.

Quiet room

A device-free room for reading, resting or stepping away from the group.

Shorter routes

Clear turn-back points and level alternatives for every scheduled walk.

Food planning

Dietary needs are discussed directly before arrival.

Private time

Every day protects at least three hours with no scheduled activity.
